An hour before the ceremony began, a mourning salute was heard over Oslo. The king’s coffin, covered with the Norwegian flag and adorned with white flowers, left the palace and was carried in procession onto the Karl Johans gate.
After a military band, a serious King Haakon arrived, accompanied by Crown Princess Ingrid Alexandra, Prince Sverre Magnus and Princess Märtha Louise. Closely followed by King Carl Gustaf and Crown Princess Victoria, together with the rest of the Swedish royal family.

The footage includes scenes of people lining the streets, the funeral procession and vox pops with members of the public reflecting on the occasion. The farewell comes as Norway marks the final ceremonies for King Harald, with people across the country paying their respects.
Hundreds of royalty, heads of state, government representatives and other prominent guests have traveled to Oslo and the security apparatus is gigantic. Every two meters along the procession route stood soldiers with automatic weapons. In total, there were almost 2,000 military personnel on site, reports NRK.
