STOCKHOLM FEBRUARY 16: For several days, I have been closely observing the movements of the Rapid Support Forces militia and their allies among certain opposition groups, through what they publish and what is broadcast on media platforms and television channels. With the سقوط of the last mask of this militia, the opposition did not move toward reviewing its positions. Instead, it rose with one clear idea: the continuation of war… yes, war.
Mr. Al-Burhan, leading the Armed Forces, is working to cleanse the land of killing, rape, looting, and violations beyond description. And of course, this is not done by sending roses to a militia that burned entire families, raped children, and abducted girls and women from their homes, even to the point of dividing the victims among themselves and documenting their crimes in their own videos without shame.
There is not a single household in the tri-capital area that has not paid a heavy price — a very heavy one. The same applies to the western regions, where most cities and villages became victims of a devastating epidemic called the Rapid Support Forces.
In one interview with Al Jazeera, a journalist asked an opposition figure about the truce with a professionally provocative question meant to reveal what was inside him. The response was explicit:
“We are waiting for the truce so we can return stronger and show the army who we are.”
The broadcast was then cut.
This alone reveals that the intention behind the truce was not peace, but betrayal and strategic repositioning.
In 2023, Dr. Hamdok and his associates, alongside RSF leaders, moved between several European countries — including Germany, the Netherlands, Britain, Switzerland, and Sweden — collecting donations and attempting to convince Western audiences that the RSF were saviors and a liberation force for the country.
Sadly, that was a disgrace.
I said it before to someone who invited me to attend one of those events: by doing this, you are wishing death upon your own people in Sudan.
Why? And for whose benefit?
And if your intention was to hand over the country’s wealth to the UAE and its allies, along with certain African states we once considered brothers, then why the killing, the burning, and the lies?
If you are strong, then come down to Sudan. Publish your achievements on Sudanese soil — if you have any.
If you truly believe you are right, face the Armed Forces directly instead of hiding behind slogans and spreading discord and falsehoods every time Sudan shows signs of healing and rising again.
As for the “chemical weapons” narrative — is this the new weapon you plan to introduce into Sudan during a truce?
And your position on Port Sudan remains unclear:
Are you with killing and looting?
Or with freedom and dignity?
Or are you simply waiting for your turn?
If we truly want the war to end, then selfishness and personal revenge must end first.
We are a nation — not individuals driven by private agendas.
Money fades, but history remains, recording the stances of men.
Be responsible.
Reject foreign interference.
Stand as one hand.
We are one people
one nation
and one army.
