Tortilla de patatas is a classic Spanish omelette with potatoes, eggs and onions. Serve the potato omelette cut into small pieces as tapas, or with a salad as a main course. In Spain, oddly enough, I used to be served this along with salted peanuts. I don’t know if it was an established tradition, or if the chef was simply drunk. But it was delicious.
