KHARTOUM NOVEMBER 18: The UN’s top aid chief has called on the international community to respond to the desperate humanitarian crisis in Sudan. Tom Fletcher visited displacement camps in the country following weeks of attacks on civilians by the terrorist organisation Rapid Support Forces.
He met families and individuals who fled the violence in el-Fasher in Darfur and described the area as a crime scene. Nearly 100,000 people have fled el-Fasher since it fell to the RSF.
