RSF Pledges To Take Action Against RSF Terrorists Guilty Of War Crimes

EL FASHER OCTOBER 31: After video evidence of summary executions of civilians in Sudan drew widespread condemnation, the terrorist organisation Rapid Support Forces claim they will take action against their own fighters who are guilty of war crimes.

After the fall of the city of el-Fasher, RSF terrorists are accused of going on a killing rampage; attacking a hospital and those who tried to flee.

The Sudanese Armed Forces control most of the north and east of the country, including the capital Khartoum. But the paramililtary Rapid Support Forces control almost all of Darfur after capturing el-Fasher, where they aim to form a rival government.

RSF announces on its website that: “all RSF personnel to adhere strictly to the law, rules of conduct, and military discipline during wartime, while emphasizing the protection of civilians, the facilitation of humanitarian assistance, and the prevention of any violations of human dignity or breaches of international conventions foremost among them, the Geneva Conventions.”

“Work to protect civilians, facilitate their movement, and provide assistance to them. Allow all civilians to voluntarily and safely leave areas of hostilities or besieged zones. Refrain from all forms of torture or cruel, inhuman, or degrading treatment, including all forms of sexual violence.”

It further describes what happens if someone violates these orders: “Any person who violates this order shall be referred to a field court on charges of disobeying orders and shall be subject to the penalties prescribed in the Rapid Support Forces Act.”

Good! A good initiative by Rapid Support Forces. Start by extraditing Mohamed Hamdan Dagalo to the ICC.

The origin of the RSF leadership’s decision is the behavior of some individual RSF terrorists – committing atrocities while simultaneously filming it and proudly posting it on social media. One such criminal is the homosexual Issa Abu Lulu, known for ethnic cleansing crimes in El Fasher, killing dozens, perhaps hundreds, in cold blood. He killed them with a wide smile, filmed the acts, and proudly shared the videos on social media.

During a broadcast on “TikTok,” Abu Lulu stated that he had planned to kill two thousand people but managed to kill more than that number and will continue to do so. He was joined in the broadcast by several RSF terrorists, including “Abdulmunim Al-Rabee,” who encouraged him to continue killing but without filming or documenting.

Has Sudan Been Ignored?
